"Today is a good day for washing feet"
This print is based on the passage John 13:1-17
I read a tweet on Twitter by @bezner that pointed out that when he thought about what he would do on his last day on Earth if he knew it was his last day.
I've thought many times that I would do everything I could on my last day, tell people I love that I love them, eat some cake and write letters to my husband and children.
But on Jesus' last day, He washed feet.
When I read this tweet, it brought me to my knees. And I couldn't let it go. I wanted to create a print to put in my entryway so I could see it as I walk down my stairs every morning and as I leave my house and enter the world.
Because every day is a good day to wash feet.
